While the City Hospital never put the cart before the horse, during smallpox outbreaks they were known to put the cart beside the horse...naturally, this was in a period prior to health outcomes research.

So, the mouse was turned into a horse and I into a man?!... Well hey, maybe prince charming won't notice. :-/
