Research Support at the Center for Digital Scholarship includes workshops, consultations, how-to guides, and referrals to other support services to help researchers manage, share, and archive their data. We can also help you comply with federal funding agency policies for public access to data, publisher data availability policies, and other retention policies.

We offer a range of workshops to teach you how to manage your data more efficiently and make it reusable. Previous workshops have covered data management plans for funding proposals, quality assurance and control strategies, tools for documenting research more effectively and easily, data sharing and publishing options, as well as issues specific to human subjects research.

Data Sharing & Reuse


We can help you put your data where others can find, access, and reuse it, plus provide guidance for getting credit for sharing your data. IUPUI DataWorks, our institutional repository designed for data, provides enhanced visibility through DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registered by DataCite, rich metadata, and suggested citations to encourage reuse and citation of your research data.
