IDeA DMCA NOTICE AND TAKE DOWN PROCEDURESIndiana University abides by the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. As part of the response, we may remove or disable access to materials residing on a site that is controlled or operated by Indiana University (such as folio.iupui.edu) that is claimed to be infringing, in which case we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the person who submitted the affected material so that they may make a counter notifications, also in accordance with the DMCA. The Indiana University official designated to respond to allegations of copyright infringement on the part of individuals at Indiana University (any campus), in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, is identified below, along with contact information.
