ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON UNIVERSITY LIBRARY FAXING:

  • What is Electronic Faxing?

    A digital faxing solution that allows patrons to have documents easily scanned and faxed to their recipient in a matter of minutes. 

  • Where do I go to Send the Fax?

Please go to the 4th Consultant Desk to have your fax scanned.  You may also send your own fax using the online form (Only works on UL public Scanner Stations).

  • How do I pay for it?

You can pay for your fax at the 2nd Floor Circulation Desk. Cash and all major Credit Cards are accepted.

  • How much does this cost?

    A flat fee of $1.00 per page applies to both local and long distance faxes.

  • Can I send an International Fax?

International Faxing is not available at this time

  • Can I receive a fax?

This option is not available.

  • Can I send a fax to an Extension Number?

This option is not available. Your best option is to add the Extension Number to your Cover Sheet.

  • How do I know if my fax was sent?

We will ask for your email address. Once the fax has properly been submitted, an email will be sent to you.

  • Who do I contact for more faxing information?

**Please note University Library is not responsible for faxes that are not received. Please make sure the recipient of your fax is aware you are faxing a document to them and their fax machine is in ready mode**
