First, go to the UL Consultant Desk and the consultant will show you what rooms are available at the time your group wishes to meet. Once you find a time, the Consultant will ask for your Name and IUPUI Username.  This will be entered into the Reservation Calendar and if your reservation is at that time, he or she will take you to the room.

Can I reserve a room any other way?

Yes you can.  You can reserve a room by emailing the Consultants (email: ulrooms@iupui.edu) or you can call the Consultant desk (278-1360).

You can request a room for up to 2 week after the date you submit your request.

These requests can be accommodated but only once per week and for no more than two hours per week.  You must mention to the Consultant you are interested in a Reoccurring reservation. You must notify the consultant if your group is unable to make it to a particular date.  If another group request the room and your group is not in the room and did not notify the Consultant of missing the date, the entire reservation is forfeited.
