University Library Room Reservation Systems is managed by the Client Support Team and comprises of Event Coordinators who daily take reservation requests and book reservations. Listed below this page are Room Policies for UL Event Management space. We ask that Faculty/Staff/Student Organization Representatives carefully review our policies and procedures for the rooms. Fees may be incurred if policies are violated.

Student Organizations
Student Organization Representatives who wish to reserve Conference/Class/Meeting space must fill out the Room Reservation Request Form.
Only the current President and 2 selected delegates can reserve space. In order to be eligible to reserve space, please see the Student Organzation Authorization Form listed below. This must be filled out and turned into UL 4135K, faxed to 278-2300, or emailed in a scanned, PDF format to ULEMS@IUPUI.EDU.
4th Floor Student Group Study Rooms
All IUPUI students are eligible to use the 4th Floor Group Study rooms. A reservation is required. Click Here: For More Information.
