  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) is a nonprofit organization committed to enriching quality of life through safe and effective physical activity. As America's Authority on Fitness, ACE protects against ineffective fitness products, programs and trends through its ongoing public education, outreach and research and by setting certification and continuing education standards for fitness professionals.

  • American Kinesiology Association (AKA) was created through a joint plan initiated by the Human Kinetics Foundation and the American Academy of Kinesiology and Physical Education. AKA seeks to represent and advocate for kinesiology at academic, governmental, and professional events, both nationally and internationally.

  • American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) is the national professional association established in 1917 to represent the interests and concerns of occupational therapy practitioners and students of occupational therapy and to improve the quality of occupational therapy services.

  • American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) a national professional organization representing more than 66,000 members. Its goal is to foster advancements in physical therapy practice, research, and education.

  • Dietary Supplements Labels Database offers information about ingredients in more than two thousand selected brands of dietary supplements. It enables users to determine what ingredients are in specific brands and to compare ingredients in different brands. Information is also provided on the health benefits claimed by manufacturers.

  • National Board of Fitness Examiners (NBFE) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure to the public that qualified fitness professionals who have successfully passed the National Board examination have achieved an approved level of competency in the health and fitness industry.
