To request a renewal for materials checked out from the IUPUI University Library, complete the form below.
- All fields must be completed in order to submit a renewal request
- Email addresses must contain full host and domain, i.e. USERNAME@HOST.DOMAIN.EDU
- An email response will be sent within three business days notifying you if your request has been granted and giving the new due date
- We will renew everything on your account
