I have a Bachelors of Science in Media Arts and Sciences with a focus on video and sound production. I also have a minor in music.  I have been working at IUPUI University Library on the Client Support Team (CST) since 2009.  I am the Adobe expert on the team and have 16+ years of experience in IT focusing on Help Desk support.  This includes hardware and software support along side working with IUPUI students, staff, faculty and community users on any of their technology needs.  I also help with 3D printing and VR services along with our Event Management services.  I say that I am a "jack of all trades" on the team as I back up every position on the team
