Residents of the State of Indiana aged 18 years or older and Indiana University alumni are eligible to receive an IUPUI University Library Borrower's Card by completing an Indiana Resident Library Card Application and User Agreement (Word document) at the Library and providing a Photo ID and proof of current address.
Acceptable forms of Photo ID:
- Driver's License
- Indiana BMV-issued ID card
- U.S. Military ID
- Passport
Proof of Current Address:
- Lease/Rental Agreement
- Utility Bill
- Mail postmarked within the last 30 days
- Letter from shelter confirming residence, must be renewed every 6 months
Remember that you are responsible for all items checked out on your library card. If your card is lost or stolen, notify the University Library Service & Information Desk immediately at (317)-274-0472.
Library users may purchase a replacement IU Libraries Borrowers Card for $5.00.
